In Pokemon GO battles, Pokemon can use two types of moves: Fast and Charge attacks. Fast Attacks are, as the name implies, fast at the cost of damage output. Trainers can use them as many times as they want and serve as the primary method of dealing damage. Charged Attacks are moves that deal major damage to opponents, though they need to be charged by performing Fast attacks, so they can’t be used very often.
