Clemson University And Meta Planning $17.5M Virtual Training Facility

The Clemson University Board of Trustees Finance and Facilities Committee recently agreed to a partnership with Meta (formerly Facebook). As a result of this deal, the two sides will work together to build a $17.5 million state-of-the-art virtual training facility for the school’s esports team. This announcement comes a little after Clemson won the school’s first Fortnite National Championship.
