One Twitter user (@BSAAEurope) has shared how they were given the option to upgrade Resident Evil 3 to the PS5 version when they inserted the disc into the system, however the download wouldn’t actually initiate. While the upgrade isn’t available right now, these claims could point to it being made available very soon.
