To fight the Fleshcraft Hydra you’ll need to summon it, but in order to summon the Hyrda, you’ll have to have completed a handful of tasks in Diablo Immortal first. The biggest one is that you’ll want to have reached the difficulty level Hell I. In order to reach Hell I, you’ll have to first beat the main campaign of Diablo Immortal and reach character level 60. After that, you will have access to the daily zone event Kulle’s Hidden Chambers, which takes place in the Library of Zoltun Kulle.
