Per Riot designer Alexander Mistakidis, Harbor was designed to be a Controller that didn’t have to go off into another world (e.g. Astra, Omen) or look at a map to place their vision block (e.g. Brimstone). Additionally, Riot wanted to create an Agent that could compete with Viper on the maps where she is almost exclusively played. With this in mind, here’s a breakdown of Harbor’s abilities in Valorant.
